Beata Kosc recently acted as my Real Estate Agent in purchasing a condo in midtown Toronto. I can honestly only say good things about Beata based on the 6 months we worked together.
Not only does Beata have an excellent knowledge of Real Estate, she also has a genuine, soft spoken and personable nature. I found her easy to communicate with and she always returned my calls in a timely manner. No matter what my request, Beata quickly had the information for me. She even went well beyond the call of duty when she helped me with my lease with my landlord.
Beata was consistently on time for our appointments, immaculately dressed and raring to go. It seemed like the showing were an adventure for her as well as me.
My previous experience with Real Etate Agents has been one with a " hard sell" attitude. I appreciated that Beata's primary goal was to find the righo condo for me - one where I would truly be happy and it didn't matter how long it would take us to find ideal one. I never felt any pressure from her.
I also liked the fact that Beata did not share her attitudes and feelings about a unit until I had viewed it myself and asked her specific questions. However, if there was something she felt was important for me to know, she would not hesitate to tell me. She was always open for discussion.
I would highly recommend Beata to my family and friends as a knowledgeable, bright and friendly Real Estate Agent. I consider Beata my friend as well as my Agent.
